Los Angeles Rams star defensive end Myles Garrett is set to undergo arthroscopic knee surgery and will be placed on injured reserve. He is expected to miss at least four games. Garrett is eligible to return in Week 6 against the Arizona Cardinals, depending on his recovery.
The injury comes after Garrett struggled in the Ramsâ season-opening 27-7 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. He had already been dealing with knee issues during training camp.
